Ryder have for a long time recognised the important benefits frameworks provide to our clients – allowing the quick and efficient appointment of design consultants reducing transaction costs, continuous improvement for relationships, better value and greater community wealth and solutions that delight customers.

Frameworking has helped us build long term relationships with the community, collaborating to deliver sustained and continued improvement, applying the principles of Constructing Excellence’s Rethinking Construction report to reach the achievable target of 10% annual improvement in productivity.

Ryder and Devereux have completed many successful projects, particularly in the public sector, through national and regional frameworks both directly and with partner consultants or contractors including Procure 21/21+/22, NHS Shared Business Services, Crown Commercial Service, NHS Commercial Solutions, London Procurement Partnership, Scape and IESE (Southern Construction Framework).
