Adaptive Reuse and the Contemporary Office

The report considers the drivers, opportunities and challenges of adaptive reuse through analysis and case studies.

As a result, adaptive reuse is becoming an increasingly integral approach to improving the financial, environmental and social performance of buildings.  The report, undertaken by Ryder Architecture on behalf of the BCO considers the drivers, opportunities and challenges of adaptive reuse through analysis and case studies.
