Sophie Connor

Sophie joined Ryder in 2014 following her studies at Newcastle University.  Whilst at university, she took part in a live build research project which was shortlisted for the AJ small project awards in 2015. Key projects include Wolfreton School and Sixth Form, Bedlington town centre redevelopment and the AkzoNobel protective coatings development.  Sophie is a junior board member for NewcastleGateshead Initiative, a mentor with the RIBA student mentoring scheme and takes an active role in our school’s engagement programme.  Outside of work, Sophie enjoys yoga and walking her dog.
