Elaine joined Ryder in 2018 following a decade of experience as a qualified architect, graduating from Newcastle University.  Elaine has worked on sport, commercial, education and residential projects, and specialises in healthcare.  Outside of work, Elaine enjoys cycling and organises and plays in a dodgeball team.
