Soo delivered Ryder’s client feedback programme for almost a decade, before joining the team in 2018.  She has a degree in English literature from London South Bank University and a master’s in modern and contemporary studies from Newcastle University.   Soo’s passion lies in research and writing, working as a telephone interviewer before moving on to analysis and reporting and starting a small bespoke agency specialising in client feedback research.   Soo has developed a keen interest and specialism in the AEC sector.
