We are committed to inspiring the next generation.  In addition to investing in our people, our Build My Skills programme is recognised with the Prince of Wales Business in the Community BITC Award and our pioneering PlanBEE initiative is leading change in the built environment industry with support from Gateshead College.   We welcome likeminded people from all walks of life looking for a new challenge in architecture, engineering and construction.

Graduates are employed on a two year development contract focused on supporting learning to obtain professional qualifications, once this is achieved you become eligible to apply for a permanent position with all the associated benefits.
