School leavers are enrolled on our pioneering PlanBEE initiative leading to a BEng in architectural engineering and management programme after intense paid part time study alongside people from all disciplines in the construction industry enabling you to earn while you learn. We require a minimum of ﬁve GCSEs at grade B or above including mathematics and English language. At age 18 a minimum of three A levels or equivalent and grade C or above. We also welcome mature applicants to this programme.
Graduates are employed on a two year development contract focused on supporting learning and development to obtain professional qualifications at the earliest opportunity in the two year period. Once this is achieved you become eligible to apply for a permanent position with all the associated benefits.
