The office accommodation, on the business campus at Park Royal, comprises seven storeys above ground with a semi basement level car park. It is organised into two prominent wings of accommodation with a central atrium and an entrance off the park frontage. The facades have been designed to offer as much access to daylight and views as possible.
The central atrium provides space for shared reception facilities and clear vertical circulation to all floors. Each floorplate is capable of subdivision to form two separate tenancy zones allowing the building to be let to either single or multiple occupants.
