The 260 bed hotel is the principal building located on the prominent Paddington Central Village development.

The elegant tower form has a commanding landmark presence across the city. The skin is a simple reflection of what is going on inside with bedrooms having a gridded pre oxidised copper facade that opens up where bedrooms change to apartments at the upper levels. Social spaces and winter gardens are expressed as glazed volumes which add drama and excitement to the facade

The roof sky lounge expressed as a double height glazed volume demonstrates its uniqueness in the city, as the highest venue in Liverpool, and when lit at night it will be the beacon across the city.

The hotel includes a generous reception foyer and atrium with multi purpose conference and event facilities, function bar, restaurant and executive bar lounge, fitness suite and meeting rooms.
