Green Light for Tetley Brewery Development
Vastint UK has secured planning permission for the mixed use development, designed by Ryder, in Leeds' Aire Park district.
Set across two buildings ranging from six to eight storeys, the 28,000sqm space forms part of the first phase of the development to be delivered alongside a new, city centre park of 2ha that was granted planning consent in the summer.
