Building Architectural Practice of the Year

Ryder Architecture have been announced as a finalist in the Architectural Practice of the Year category in the 2016 Building awards.

The awards celebrate the achievements of a range of professionals across the built environment and Ryder are delighted to be amongst nine other practices to be shortlisted in the final of this prestigious category.

Mark Thompson, managing partner said “2016 has been a fantastic year for us so far – we launched our PlanBEE skills initiative in collaboration with industry supporters and professional bodies, we have moved our Hong Kong team to a larger permanent office having secured Kowloon East Regional Headquarters and we were recognised with several design awards for Manchester Central Library, 1 West Regent Street and Ashington Leisure Centre.  We remain passionately focused on developing our talented people and increasing the value proposition for our clients through our mission – Everything architecture.  We set ourselves the goal of achieving finalist in the Building awards at our annual team Blueprint and we are excited to once again be in the running.”

Now in its 22nd year, the Building awards are recognised as one of the most prestigious in the built environment industry.  The winner will be announced on 8 November at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
