Costa bolsters London team

Andrew Costa, a highly experienced figure in London’s architectural scene, has joined Ryder Architecture, further increasing its experience and talent.

The appointment reflects the practice’s developing opportunities in the capital and wider south in a range of sectors, with Andrew’s portfolio particularly strong in residential, commercial and transportation where he has worked with major London developers and investors.

The senior practitioner brings over 25 years’ experience having previously been one of the longest serving members of the Jestico + Whiles’ leadership team.  He will support clients develop their projects and portfolios as well as build new relationships.

Andrew adds expertise in project leadership experience across major London schemes including Wilton Plaza, Victoria and 99 Baker Street, Westminster, both high end residential schemes, The Adria Hotel, South Kensington and commercial developments such as Equitable House, city, Prime House, Finchley and Marlborough House, Leatherhead.  He also brings a wealth of transportation and urban design experience having worked on Camden Town and Marble Arch stations.
