In 2010, Ryder first established a team in Hong Kong following success in winning the competition for the new HK$2.6bn police headquarters in Kowloon. The team has since grown in response to an increasing portfolio of projects and services including offices, education, healthcare and offices with specialists in interiors design and digital construction.
The team is led by Richard Dorkin who relocated from the UK to Hong Kong in 2014 and has a wealth of experience in the delivery of many major projects.
