Housing an Ageing Population

We are committed to developing new typologies for later living that innovate and evolve traditional models, exploring living concepts that are urban centric, rich in amenity, highly flexible, and commercially innovative.

In this research, Director David McMahon and Associate Adam Fryett expand on these typologies to address how we can reimagine housing models, looking at Grace House as a case study.

We envision communities that not only cater to the needs of an ageing population but also enrich the very fabric of our cities, fostering intergenerational connections and redefining the possibilities of urban life in the later years.
