Pro Bono Design Opportunity for UK Charities and Community Projects

Building strong relationships with our communities is a vital part of what makes Ryder unique as we continue to support community impact initiatives that deliver a positive, long term legacy.

We are now seeking submissions for projects that could benefit from pro bono architectural concept designs. These are the initial ideas that guide the design of a building, ensuring that it meets the needs of its users.

Past beneficiaries included New Writing North’s ambitions to develop a national writing centre at the Grade II listed Bolbec Hall in Newcastle.

The pro bono support is delivered through Ryder’s annual graduate design competition – a two day exercise with the participation of approximately 40 graduates running between 9 and 11 April.

We encourage applications for projects where the client will be involved in the brief, hold an introductory briefing session, and attend the final presentations. To be considered, please apply with a 140 word statement summarising why your project would benefit from this opportunity and support.

Submissions are open until 17:00 7 February via this form.
