With over forty years project experience in a range of sectors, Peter now leads learning, research and development initiatives at Ryder, including apprenticeships and knowledge transfer partnerships with universities. Peter was also responsible for maximising the potential of emerging BIM technologies, leading to the foundation of BIM Academy (now Okana) which he led as managing director from 2010 to 2021. During this time he guided consultancy projects, advising clients throughout Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and Australia. In recent years, Peter has channelled his expertise into pioneering work based learning initiatives.
