Clive Rankin

Prior to graduating from Northumbria University, Clive completed a degree in 3D design at Leeds Metropolitan University.  Clive joined Ryder in 2015 and has since led a number of significant refurbishment and conservation projects, across a range of sectors in the north east and beyond.  Clive has a passion for integrated project working and achieving greater collaboration across all disciplines.  Before moving into architecture he worked for five years in the construction industry in Northern Ireland and is a qualified tree surgeon.
