Wendy graduated in construction management from Northumbria University in 2012.  After seven years working in operational management in the hospitality and further education sectors, Wendy joined Ryder in 2019.  In her spare time, Wendy enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling and camping in the Lake District – she has recently taken up cycling and succeeded in completing her first Coast to Coast Cycle from Whitehaven to Tynemouth in 2019.
