Aidan joined Ryder in 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in architectural technology and holds a master’s degree in in environmental assessment and management from the University of Brighton. Aidan has experience working on various projects such as new build schools, sports halls, theatre refurbishments, RAAC roof replacement and cladding replacement. He has a strong understanding of using software such as Revit and Archi-cad to create personal projects and models of interest. Outside of work, Aidan enjoys sailing, archery, rugby and hiking.
