Emma McCutcheon

Emma joined Ryder in 2020. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in interior architecture from Northumbria University in 2018 and began her career as an architectural designer for a property development company, where she developed a passion for working with historical buildings. In 2021, with support from Ryder, Emma started her master’s through a degree apprenticeship, completing her Part 2 and Part 3 while continuing to work, and she qualified in 2025. Outside of work, she enjoys running, keeping active, exploring creative pursuits, getting cosy with a good book, and visiting new countries - especially if they’re sunny and warm.
