Estefania joined Ryder in 2025 with experience as an interior designer working in Spain and London. She gained her bachelor's degree in interior architecture in Mallorca, before completing her postgraduate studies in Barcelona alongside working as an interior designer. Estefania has experience across various sectors including retail, hospitality and office. She also spent several months living and working in Mexico City learning about the culture. Outside of work, Estefania enjoys travelling, exploring nature and spending time with her family.
