Jessica joined Ryder in 2025 with a bachelor's degree in international business management from Northumbria University. During her studies, she undertook a study abroad year in Seville and Amsterdam. Jessica has a background in IT recruitment, navigating markets across the US and Europe, specialising in client engagement and business development. Her professional interests lie in entrepreneurship with a particular passion for creating meaningful experiences that bring people together. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys music, traveling and yoga.
