Joel has over seven years as a health and safety professional and advisor, joining Ryder in 2024. His previous work has included CDM management, consultancy, ISO auditing, SSiP accreditation, and policy and procedure writing for health and safety management systems. He is currently working towards obtaining CMIOSH accreditation. Joel is a musician in his spare time, has wrote a book and is currently learning Italian.
