Lydia Mills
Architect - Newcastle
Lydia qualified as an architect in 2023 and joined Ryder in 2024. With a master’s degree from Newcastle University, she has four years of experience in the healthcare sector and gained valuable exposure to the sports and leisure sector during her placement year. Passionate about Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, Lydia serves as the EDI co-lead on the RIBA Northeast Council. Outside of work, she enjoys walking, along with various creative pursuits, such as cooking, music, and lacemaking.
