Mark Gray

Mark has over 37 years of experience in the construction industry and as a statutory regulator for 24 years, joining Ryder in 2024. He has several qualifications in planning and building, with a first class degree in building surveying from Northumbria University. He has experience in all sectors of construction across a range of complexities, specialising in building regulation matters. In his free time, Mark enjoys running and weight training, skiing, and spending time with his partner and family.
