Molly MacDonald

Molly joined Ryder in 2026 with six years’ experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical design, specialising in modular projects. She has worked on full lifecycle schemes running multidisciplinary design teams through concept, technical design and delivery, with a strong focus on coordination, client liaison and value engineering. Molly graduated from Leeds Beckett University and has since progressed into getting her fire safety design qualification. Outside of work, Molly is a keen runner and loves her weekly Pilates sessions, as well as walks with her spaniel, Arlo.
