Molly Walsh

Molly joined Ryder in 2025. She is an architectural designer with a background in sustainability, particularly embodied carbon. Her career journey includes gaining experience in New Zealand between her undergraduate and master’s degrees in the UK. Molly was drawn to Vancouver by its stunning beaches and mountains, which continue to fuel her passion for preserving these natural spaces through her work, ensuring future generations can enjoy them as much as she does.
