Richard joined Ryder in 2020. He has extensive experience in healthcare architecture alongside masterplanning, residential, hotel, leisure and office projects. He has delivered work through a range of procurement routes including traditional, Design and Build, P21 and PFI bids. Richard's experience extends internationally, having worked in Germany, Malaysia and Singapore, with project involvement in China, Canada and Turkey. Richard holds a strong belief that good architecture can improve lives and make the world a better place. He enjoys the challenge of seeking an optimal solution that both satisfies the brief and has the power to delight.
