Romane first joined Ryder in 2021 as an architectural engineer then moved to Okana as a sustainability consultant in 2023. She holds an architectural, engineering and urban academic background with a focus on sustainable design. Outside of work, Romane enjoys watching musicals, playing volleyball and rummaging through thrift stores. She also loves participating in pub quizzes and karaoke.
