Sean Chan
BIM Coordinator - Vancouver
Sean joined Ryder in 2022. He holds a degree in architectural studies and gained experience in various roles in Hong Kong, Japan and the UK. He has led digital design and the Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation on projects. Driven by efficiency and optimisation, Sean aims to streamline processes which are taken in construction design through BIM. Sean transferred to Ryder’s Vancouver team on secondment in 2025.
