Sean Scanlon

Sean has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and eight years as a building control surveyor for local authority, joining Ryder in 2024. He graduated from Wolverhampton University with a first class in building control surveying. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and Chartered Association of Building Engineers and has completed qualifications in construction and fire safety subjects. Sean enjoys spending his free time in the Lake district or along the east coast with his partner and two young children.
