Sophie joined Ryder in 2026 bringing over 25 years’ experience in the design and delivery of commercial architecture. Sophie spent 10 years leading a large team to deliver 93,000sqm of retail, office and residential as part of a mixed use scheme in a tight central London location near St James Park. She is passionate about developing new and efficient ways of working to deliver quality, successful projects. She also has led management programmes and implementation plans for ISO 9001. Outside of work, Sophie loves to draw and sketch, baking and is learning Italian.
