Steve Ayling

Steve has extensive experience across a range of sectors, including education, residential, commercial and blue light since joining Ryder in 2004. Steve gained a renewed perspective of architecture as a specification writer before rejoining Ryder in 2026. He has contributed to the successful delivery of numerous projects from technical coordination to stakeholder engagement. In 2013, as part of Ryder's 60 year celebrations, he was part of the team which cycled around four UK Ryder offices over a 10 day period. Outside of work, Steve enjoys running, particularly ultra running which reflects his appreciation for focus and perseverance.
