Tessa is a senior healthcare design specialist with over 20 years' experience delivering complex, high profile projects across London and the UK. She joined Ryder’s dedicated healthcare team in London in 2020 and has since continued to lead the design and delivery of major schemes. Throughout her career, Tessa has contributed to a number of landmark projects, including West Suffolk Hospital, The Royal Marsden Hospital, The Defence and National Rehabilitation Centre, University College London Hospitals, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and Velindre Cancer Centre. With extensive expertise in clinical planning and stakeholder engagement, Tessa is passionate about creating collaborative client relationships and delivering environments that support both patients and healthcare professionals. Outside of work, Tessa enjoys spending time in her vegetable garden, hiking with her dog, paddleboarding, and live music.
