Andrew joined Ryder in 2020 as a project manager, after leaving the Corps of Royal Engineers with 24 years of full service.  Before leaving the military, he completed a master’s degree in engineering management, with a thesis that investigated the cultural impact of implementing BIM in the UK construction industry.  Andrew is responsible for delivering BIM implementation projects alongside designing and developing digital transformation programmes for industry clients.  In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit through weightlifting and cycling.
