David Leech

Architectural Director

David has over 25 years experience in mixed use projects that range from individual buildings to masterplans for the regeneration of towns and city centres.  Much of his work is repurposing existing retail environments to make them fit for purpose for new uses and tenants.  David is a guest lecturer teaching planning and design at Reading and Istanbul universities.  In his spare time, he is a keen canoeist and is an active member of Richmond Canoe Club where he coaches, acts as club secretary and enters national events.
