Hilary joined Ryder in 2022.  She is an experienced architect with a background of working on large scale projects in the education sector.  She also has experience working on healthcare, student residential and master planning projects.  Her professional experience has led her to be shortlisted as Best Female Architect in the 2018 European Women in the Construction and Engineering Awards.
