Paul joined Ryder at the age of 16 in 2006 and graduated from Northumbria University and was awarded the FaulknerBrowns award for technical excellence in architectural technology during his studies. The majority of his experience to date has been in the education, healthcare and office sectors. His personal hobbies revolve around sporting activities, particularly football. He is a fan and season ticket holder of Newcastle United.
