Richard is responsible for the growth of Ryder in Asia.  With over 25 years’ experience, he has worked across many sectors including manufacturing, education and healthcare.  He leads the team in Hong Kong in seeking project opportunities and is educated as both architectural technologist, and architect registered with RIBA and HKIA.  Richard is an advocate of collaborative working and sees this as the future of integrated project working in the built environment.  His personal interests lie in farming, the great outdoors and sustainable living.
