Steve Ayling

Steve has been with Ryder since 2004 and has gained valuable experience across a number of projects including Manchester Central Library – his career highlight to date. In 2015, he was seconded to Sir Robert McAlpine as a design manager for three months. Based on site, he gained first hand experience on tenders, site engineering and management. In 2013, as part of Ryder’s 60 year celebrations, he was part of the Ryder team which cycled around the four UK Ryder offices over a 10 day period. He is currently learning to speak German.
