Susan is the first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors to the Newcastle office, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and excellent customer care. She joined the practice in 2014, following many years working in the legal profession. Susan enjoys watching live music and spending time pursuing outdoor activities such as coastal and countryside walks.
