Plans Approved for 66 New Homes at Newcastle Helix

The Future Homes development will comprise of high quality affordable apartments and housing at heart of Newcastle city centre.

The 66 innovative homes will be split between three buildings at the landmark Newcastle Helix regeneration site and have been developed through an extensive co design and engagement process to create a unique, sustainable development which challenges the notion of what affordable housing can be.

The development has been conceived as an exemplar of sustainable urban housing and aims to maximise the benefits of its south facing orientation and natural daylight, using solar gains in winter and shaded balconies during summer months.
