Ansty Park is home to technology and innovation in the heart of the UK’s key transport hub. It has six motorway junctions within a 20 mile radius and direct access to junction two of the M6 approximately four miles north of Coventry.
When complete Ansty Park will provide 1.5m sqft of space set in 100 acres of parkland and has been designed to ensure that the creation and sharing of knowledge is at the heart of the park’s future development. Ansty Park is a sustainable development which balances environmental impact with social and economic benefits. The masterplan reflects a landscape driven approach. Existing landscape forms are used and enhanced, creating green buffers which will act as wildlife corridors and recreational routes.
Significant developments have already been delivered with occupiers including Manufacturing Technology Centre providing innovative manufacturing processes and technologies in partnership with industry, academia and other institutions, HTRC and Sainsbury’s new facilities for the London Taxi Company and FANUC.
