Led by sustainability.

The office features open plan workspace, a range of meeting rooms, and a flexible hub for collaborative working, informal meetings, and events.

Relocating a short move within Fitzrovia, our choice of Arthur Stanley House was guided by the building’s strong sustainability credentials, achieved through a recent retrofit.

In line with our approach to adopting circular economy principles, we reused and adapted existing loose furniture and fixed cabinetry wherever possible. Additional items have been relocated to other Ryder locations or donated to local schools, businesses, and charities.

The redevelopment retained over 70% of the existing building – aligning with Ryder’s commitment to doing more with less.

A social space that supports wellbeing.

Purposefully designed for flexibility, the space accommodates a wide range of activities – from weekly pilates sessions and game nights to team celebrations and industry events.  Ryder regularly hosts discussions and events in architecture, design, and construction, and we look forward to welcoming clients, project partners, and professionals into the new space.

Ryder’s relocation to Arthur Stanley House keeps the practice in the heart of Fitzrovia within a best in class office development. The central collaboration space is a standout feature and we’re looking forward to welcoming the wider design community into our new home.
