Hong Kong - Office
BUPA International sought to bring their business functions into a new office to support their continuing evolution of working through change to workplace culture. The scheme brings together three different businesses under one roof whilst maintaining confidentiality and compliance requirements.
The use of natural, sustainable, and green materials to create a ‘biophilic’ design look and feel aligns with the BUPA's brand and values – creating a softer approach than typical Hong Kong workplace environments. Employee wellbeing was a key driver inspired the design concept of “Tea | 茶”, a cultural and social link between China and the UK bringing together all aspects of the business. The symbolic nature of tea, welcoming, comforting, and healing is represented throughout the design natural colour palette.
