Interior design of three floors of South Island Place in Hong Kong, reflecting the premium global service of the company. Facilities include a functional layout including emergency room, executive quarters, open plan office spaces, meeting rooms and exclusive food and beverage outlet.
High quality materials, bespoke joinery and carefully selected furniture create a series of comfortable and inspirational spaces. The project involved the complex structural alteration of post tensioned floor slabs to allow for an interconnecting stair.
Following the success of the Hong Kong fit out, Ryder was asked to apply the same client drivers of elegance, cost effectiveness and outstanding workplace design vision to the Singapore office. The space hosts 180 people of four different companies under the Caravel Group, each requiring specific needs whilst adopting the look and feel of the Hong Kong office.
