Working as consultants alongside local architects, we developed a neighbourhood masterplan to form an integrated commercial heart to this affluent harbourside community in Norway.
The proposal included a regenerated harbourside, new sports centre, a shopping centre, residential accommodation and a boatyard.
Retail and leisure link the sports and external recreational areas to the harbourside, and reduces the negative impact of the existing road system that bisects the valley.
