The mixed development comprises co working space with leading amenities, crowned with a bespoke event and restaurant offer, designed to support a range of businesses and sectors in meeting the needs of the ever changing workplace environment.
Sitting within the wider Newcastle Helix site, the earthy copper tones of The Spark have been influenced by the adjacent Ryder designed building so that both buildings read as one piece; we tread the fine line of incorporating contrasting elements in the two buildings to avoid monotony and give each their individual identity, whilst maintaining a fluent design.
