The regeneration of a former empty and dilapidated power generating station into offices for creative organisations.

The Grade II listed building, sited alongside the East Coast railway line, is situated a short walk from the city centre and near the vibrant Newcastle Quayside, making it an ideal location for businesses.

The building has been stripped bare to its basic shell and expressed as a piece of industrial archaeology with new interventions expressed simply to add to the richness of the spaces.

Individual studios open off a shared reception, café and meeting spaces.
