A landmark residential scheme which lies adjacent to the attractive waterside setting of the Ashton canal just north of Manchester Piccadilly Station.
The development of 101 townhouses, mews houses and apartments by Waterside Places was originally designed by JMA.
Ryder developed the project from RIBA Stage 4.
Comprising three brick clad blocks of varying size set around a central courtyard and bounded by the Ashton Canal and the Islington Basin, te project includes interlocking mews houses, balconies, terraces and repairs to a Grade ll listed footbridge.
