The building provides managed workspace for start up and small businesses on a site which adjoins a major trunk road at a key gateway to the region. It sets out to make a big impression by exploiting its key location and expressing innovation and a spirit of prosperity and confidence.

The design consists of a pair of linked cubes, each containing four floors of flexible space, poised in the landscape over a free form plinth containing reception, café, information area and meeting spaces.
